Science Experiment

This is a science project I filled in witch tell's you what we used what we did and what I learnt.

SCIENCE EXPERIMENT

20 May 2015     white pepper on water

Equipment/materials (what were ALL the things you used to conduct the experiment?):

•  tarpaulin
• shallow plastic tray
• water
• white pepper
• hand soap
• toothpick
• sugar

Hypothesis (what was the prediction you made BEFORE you started doing anything?):

I thought it was going to spread out like this other experiment I did , and it did.

Steps taken (list as much detail as you can):

• While waiting sally poured water into tray
• Then she put the tray on the tapoline
• She then put white pepper on top of the surface of the  water
• she got a toothpick and put a little bit of hand soap
• she put the toothpick

Result (what actually happened, and was it the same as, or different from your prediction?) :

I thought that the cardboard was going to move so my prediction was right .

Conclusion (what did you learn from the experiment?):

I learnt the different kind of states that water can be turned into witch are gas,solid,&liquid
